Established in 2002, Dongguan Pengteng Hardware Electronics Co. Ltd has been a professional manufacturer engaged in export of retractable earphones, car chargers, USB cables, USB hubs, power banks and other related products for three years. These are mainly exported to the US, the UK and Japan.
 
Supported by Advanced Equipment
We have 3,000-square-meter factory, manned by 80 to 100 employees, housing six production lines with advanced equipment such as electroacoustic tester, load meter, horizontal beer machine, injection molding machine, ultrasonic machine and swing tester. With such resources our production capacity reaches 2 million pieces and orders can be delivered within 15 to 20 days.
 
Development Ability, Quality Control and Foreign Trade Capacity
Pengteng Hardware Electronics has a professional team including four skilled R&D personnel with eight years' working experience. Because of them, our new product development cycle reach 60 to 90 days and three- to five-day sample cycle. We have obtained patent certifications such as appearance patent, patent for utility models and design patent.
 
We also have five quality auditors with six years' working experience, as such we achieved international certification of products. Moreover, our six foreign trade staff has four years' working experience. They can speak both English and Japanese fluently. Minimum order starts at 100 pieces.
